Youthmakers Hub (YMH) is a European non-profit organization based in Greece, specializing in Capacity Building and Communication & Dissemination for impact-driven projects in Europe and Africa. The organization's vision is to cultivate a new generation of empowered young individuals who create positive change in their communities. YMH's mission is to serve as a catalyst for social change by providing the necessary tools and knowledge, as well as by fostering collaborations between Europe and Africa. The core values of Youthmakers Hub - Empowerment, Adaptability, Collaboration, Innovation, and Inclusion & Diversity - are deeply ingrained in the organization's day-to-day principles, actions, and partnerships. As an organization, YMH embraces the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals 2030 (SDGs) as its framework, with a particular focus on SDG 4 (Quality Education) and SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals). By providing inclusive education, empowering organizations and individuals, and fostering collaborations, YMH actively contributes to achieving the SDGs.

Youthmakers Hub aims to create and disseminate impact by focusing on the following objectives: 
→ Design and implement impact-driven projects that enable change in communities in Europe and Africa; 
→ Provide transformative capacity building to organizations, equipping them with the skills and capabilities to drive change effectively.
→ Foster cross-cultural collaboration and innovation by developing solid partnerships between African and European stakeholders.
→ Utilize cutting-edge communication and dissemination strategies to effectively promote and share impactful initiatives.
→ Empower Youth (18-35 years old) with fewer opportunities, by providing them with growth-oriented opportunities to develop 21st-century skills.

YMH's distinctive traits are networking capacity within the Europe-Africa ecosystem, intercultural communication, experience across diverse topics, and tailor-made approach. YMH delivers expertise (either for projects or organizations) in Capacity Building and Communication & Dissemination, covering various fields of operation, including Soft and Digital skills, Digital Innovation, Sustainable Development, Youth work, and Entrepreneurship, among others. 

The organization's specialties in Capacity Building include Interactive Training Seminars, Workshops, and Hackathons on the thematic areas below:
→ EU-funded Opportunities (Erasmus+, Training Courses, Youth Exchanges, Erasmus KA1 & KA2, European Solidarity Corps (ESC), and Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs)
→ Customized Proposal Writing (Erasmus KA1, KA2, ESC and others)
→ Skills development (project management, communication, pitching, podcast, digital marketing, digital skills, coding, and more)

The organization's specialties in Communication & Dissemination include:
→ Comprehensive communication and dissemination strategies (360° tailor-made, targeting relevant stakeholders and audiences)
→ Creative branding and visual identity development (logo, standards manual, pitch deck, templates, letterhead, deliverable Word, PPT, email signature, hashtags, leaflet, and more)
→ Web and graphic design services (user-friendly, inclusive, accessible, eye-catching graphic designs, infographics, reports, and more)
→ Social Media Management and Content Creation (diverse campaigns, live event coverages, and overall user-friendly, inclusive, and accessible content)
→ Promotional material (brochures, stickers, flyers, banners, posters, props, and more)
→ Communication and Public Relations (newsletters, press releases, and more)

YMH's Impact
Over the past five years, YMH has significantly impacted communities across Europe and Africa. The organization has implemented 31 projects, empowering and training individuals through 539 physical and virtual events that benefited over 12,156 direct participants from over 380 cities and 79 countries worldwide. In addition, YMH has fostered 100 valuable partnerships and facilitated over 150 mobilities under the Erasmus+ program, further strengthening connections between Europe and Africa. In total, YMH has successfully engaged in projects with a total budget of more than €16,000,000.

About Us

The Hellenic Foundation for Culture leads and coordinates the Greek National Network of the Anna Lindh Euro-Mediterranean Foundation for the Dialogue between Cultures. The network’s co-lead is the civil non-profit organization “United Societies of Balkans,” which works together with the Foundation to achieve the network’s objectives.
