EUphoria Youth Lab is a non-governmental organization that works with young people from rural areas of Greece, including both native and immigrant youth. The organization is run by experienced youth workers who apply non-formal education methods to support the personal and professional development of young people.
Our mission is to empower youth through alternative learning opportunities, encouraging them to build new skills, strengthen their confidence, and take active roles in their communities. EUphoria provides access to European and international mobility projects, enabling young people to interact with peers from other countries, explore cultural diversity, and raise awareness on key social issues such as gender equality, environmental protection, human rights, inclusion, and active citizenship.
Beyond mobility, EUphoria motivates young people to become changemakers by taking initiatives that improve both their lives and their local communities.
Our work has been recognized at national and international level. In 2019, EUphoria received the Silver Award for coordinating youth volunteers in the category “Natural and Urban Environment” at the Volunteer Festival “Voluntary Action by Skywalker”. In 2021, the organization was honored with the Greece Prestige Award by Corporate Live Wire as “Youth Organization of the Year 2020–21”. The same year, EUphoria received the Silver Award from the Educational Leaders Awards for coordinating the environmental youth group “Generation Europe Vonitsa”.
