ANTIGONE mainly aims to the realisation of human rights for all people without discrimination on the basis of sex, race, national origin, language, religion beliefs, sexual orientation, economic, social, educational level etc.
The organisation activates towards the accomplishment of its aim through projects and voluntary activities for the full integration of groups so called "vulnerable" or "sensitive" (refugees and migrants, people with disabilities, unemployed, Roma etc.) as for example educational programs, vocational training, psycho-social empowerment, language lessons etc. as well as through awareness raising and sensitisation activities of the general public (conferences, experiential seminars, round tables).
ANTIGONE is in stable collaboration with the Greek school community since 2012 with various non formal education programs and activities on human rights. The organisation is FRA focal point, conducts research and publishes books on social ecology peaceful resolution etc.
