The House of Europe in Rhodes was founded in 2000 by a large group of engaged citizens of Rhodes who believed in a United Europe — with Greece at its heart — and envisioned Rhodes holding a significant place within this new structure, as a unique place of Peace and Dialogue among Civilizations.

Bringing Europe to Rhodes and Rhodes to Europe
Over the past 25 years, the House has evolved into a key reference point for Civil Society in Rhodes. It stands as one of the most active and outward-looking organizations in the Greek periphery, with a rich body of work, participation in national and international networks, and initiatives that attract thousands of people every year.
